CONNECT
Our primary goal as a ministry is to see our community of Feltham transformed, and this begins with the youth. We believe in helping others mature in their faith, but also helping them find their purpose and identity in life.
Community Connect will be a hub for growth and development and we aim to achieve this through the launch of a Youth Centre in Summer 2018.
The Centre will largely engage with youths from the ages of 11-17, providing a space for mentorship, engagement with community leaders to learn and have their voices heard concerning the needs of the community, developmental workshops including media workshops, music, performing arts and much more.
One of the core pillars within this ministry is Unity. In regard to this, we are actively seeking for ways in which the local churches will begin to work together to see young people actively building a community based on love. Not only will the youth club be providing an environment for socials, we also seek to practically help them prepare for maturity through CV development, working alongside local businesses, financial advice and also various events, such as Community Sports Day, Creative showcases and much more.
It’s our desire to lead them to the right personal when needed in order to help build them into our leaders of tomorrow.
ABOUT
The most crucial period of an individual’s life is their adolescent years. Adolescence is a time to develop knowledge and skills, learn to manage emotions, build relationships, and acquire attributes and abilities that will be important for the future.
In the year ending March 2017, there were 754,784 arrests of young people and children in the United Kingdom with 25,700 sentences given to young people and children at court. Our aim is to help significantly reduce the number of youth offences, youth arrests and youth sentencing in our community of Feltham.
Through Community Connect, we will work alongside the council, education systems and the Metropolitan Police, to help diffuse youth related issues within the community.

ARC360 Ministry is solely funded by the Youth for the Youth. Every aspect of this ministry is financed through offerings & donations, which is then managed by our highly trained finance team.
