Welcome Home! This is ARC360 Youth Ministry (A Refuge in Christ). 

This Privacy Notice serves as an indication to provide you further information on how your information is processed through our website.

By continuing to browse and use this website you are accepting the terms and conditions of use, to build a relationship with us. Every reference to we, us or our refers to ARC360 Ministry.

In this policy, we will explain how we comply with laws and regulations in the UK and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Every information we gather from you will be strictly kept confidential and will not be provided to third parties without your prior consent. We will adhere to the Principles of Data Protection as detailed in GDPR. 

We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal data whilst on our website. If our website contains any links or adverts to third party websites, please review before selecting any of them. We have sought to minimise and remove all third-party links however the internet is not always secure in pop-ups etc, so please be aware of their Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Terms and Conditions. ​

Personal Data is collected each time you are in contact with us, for example, when you:

a. Visit our website; prayer requests

b. Donate or give to this ministry;

c. Register or sign up for any of our events or workshops;

d. Provide your contact details, in writing or orally through this website or at any of our events;

e. Participate in any of our initiatives such as A Night of Worship, Connect, CommunityGO, Seek Nights, Development Nights or any of our Workshops 

f. Contact us by means such as email, calls, or text;

g. Meet or have physical meetings with any of our Leaders, team members or volunteers;

h. Access our social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Groupchat;

k. Register or subscribe to our mailing list and grant ARC360 consent to be contacted by our team.

By providing Personal Data, including by use of this website, you agree to allow us to contact you, including by mail, email, telephone in connection with our charitable purposes:

- For our legitimate interests, in accordance with current data protection regulations; or

- On the basis of the consents you have given.

 

CHANGING YOUR PREFERENCES

If at any point you would like to change your preferences and:

1. You do not wish to receive further communications from ARC360 Ministry or from any of our departments

2. You wish to change the way you receive any communication

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

Personal Information

The types of personal information collected by us include:

• Personal details such as your full name, date of birth, title, email address

• Contact details such as postal address, post code, mobile and telephone numbers

• Financial information such as your bank details (Giving Page)

• Any other information of friends or family if you jointly register on their behalf for any of our events or services 

• We keep records of your contact with us;

• By coming to our services or events, we will be taking photographs which may be used on our social media or website. If you would like not to be photographed or filmed then please contact us prior to service/event or let any of our team leaders aware on the day. If you do ever find a picture of yourself on our social media or website and would like it removed, then please email us at: Admin@arc360ministry.organd it will be removed immediately.

Personal Information (Sensitive)

One of the Pillars of this ministry is Discipleship. As a ministry we believe in developing and equipping each other to serve and establish the Kingdom of God here on earth. These may lead to personal mentorship or guidance meetings with our main leader or a member of the leadership team. This information will strictly remain with whom you have spoken to and no one else. Information collected from such meetings may include: 

• Past life experiences;

• Health information to ensure your wellbeing at our services or event;

• Religious information such as personal faith decisions and baptism;

• Prayer requests.

 

For our newsletters, we use MailChimp, which provides email communication services and is certified under the Privacy Shield Framework approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell or pass any of your personal information to any other organization and/or individuals without your express consent, unless required by law.

 

FINANCIAL RECORDS AND CARD DETAILS: 

All credit/debit card donations made online or by phone, are made securely through third party service providers and payment gateways.

Unredacted card details are not recorded and stored on our systems.

We do not store unredacted financial details (credit or debit card numbers) obtained through online transactions nor do we pass any information to third parties, except where we are legally required to do so, to assist fraud reduction, or to provide a service requested and minimise credit risks.

 

COOKIES POLICY

We use various technologies to collect information when you access our website or social media pages. We do not ask for passwords or personal details on social media.

Websites such as YouTube are used to embed videos on the website and service providers such as MailChimp and Google Analytics may send their own cookies via this site. Please look at the cookie and privacy policies on these third-party sites if you want more information about this.

Any documents or files made available to download from our website are provided at users’ own risk. We have taken precautions to minimise the risk of transmitting software viruses, but we advise you to carry out your own virus checks on all attachments or downloads available on this website. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage caused by software viruses.
